1. Delivery & Shipping Policy 

At POC Diagnostics, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s 
everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and ship your items, both within the 
UK and worldwide.

2. Free Delivery – UK Mainland Only

Enjoy FREE delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £100. For orders under £100, a flat-rate 
shipping fee of £5.99 applies.

3. Order Processing Times

After placing an order and completing your payment, we will process your order for fulfilment 
in the following way; 
Orders are processed within 2 working days. 
An email confirmation will be sent to you, on or before the third working day letting you 
know your order is on its way.

4. Store Pickup

Prefer to collect? You can pick up your order daily from our store. We’ll send you an email as 
soon as your order is ready for collection.

5. UK Mainland Delivery 

For United Kingdom orders and delivery; we will use the following; 
Carrier: Parcel2Go 
Delivery timeframe: 7–10 business days 
Cost: £5.99 flat rate for orders under £100 / FREE for orders over £100

For orders shipped outside the UK, your country may charge import duties, taxes, or VAT when 
your package arrives. These costs are your responsibility as the customer. We do not control or 
cover these charges.
