The sanitary Accu-Tell® Multi-Line 7 Drug Test Cassette (Saliva) detects seven distinct drugs simultaneously and qualitatively in saliva samples, providing reliable and easy-to-interpret findings in 10 minutes. The test operates on the basis of competitive binding. When saliva includes drugs, it fails to produce a visible test line. In contrast, drug-negative saliva does not fully saturate the antibody binding sites, resulting in the creation of a test line in the defined location. To ensure that enough saliva is applied to the integrated sponge below the test line area, the test includes control lines. The absence of these lines suggests that the test was conducted incorrectly.
