NADAL® CRP Quant Test
The NADAL® CRP Quant Test is designed to quantify Capsule Reactive Protein using the Colibri® Reader. This test is ideal for general practices because it requires only a small blood sample and has a quick turnaround time.
The CRP test differentiates between viral and bacterial illnesses. When a viral infection is present, the CRP value rises very modestly, whereas bacterial inflammation causes the number to skyrocket. Increases of 10-40 mg/l, for example, suggest a light to moderate bacterial infection, whereas increases greater than 100 mg/l may indicate sepsis. The NADAL® CRP Quant Test allows you to quickly and easily measure the level of c-reactive protein without the need for a laboratory.
